BTW, the only way to know of GC is valid is that person has to inquire himself to the INS. Only a court judge has the final say if that person disagree with the agent. The FILE is nothing but info of records with missing updates from the applicant.

The only way for Ma's GC to be valid is that he has to make judge believe that he was capture and detain against his will for the last 20 years that cause him to be unable to fulfill his obligation to maintain the permanent resident status which Ma has no intention to give up.

Taiwan Legislator Tsai Trong-rong of the Democratic Progressive Party admitted that he flew to US to steal Homeland Security Department INS records of the KMT president candidate,Mr. Ma, without Mr. Ma’s authorization. Since he acquired the information illegally with help from several accomplices, he would not disclose their names for fear of revealing the crime against US government, which might land all partners in crime in jail.

Tsai Trong-rong’s own confession:
1) Tsai Trong-rong said he flew from Taiwan to US, March 9-15 2008, voluntarily to investigate the validity of Ma Ying-jeou’s green card status (Mr. Ma left US for Taiwan over twenty years ago). Tsai provided two names, Mark Ying Ma and Ying Jeou-Jeou Ma, to a reliable source in INS and acquired written reply on Mr. Ma’s green card status in English: "It has been confirmed through US immigrationsources that the subject has an active Alien Registration number and is confirmed to be apermanent legal resident of the United States.. "

2) Tsai Trong-rong has been unwilling to reveal his sources for fear of harming his accomplice.

3) Tsai Trong-rong said the relevant information is from more than one person each holds important positions - in their profession or in US government.
